By placing an order with SoapPerfectNaturals, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein.

Our soaps are made in small batches, so slight color, size, shape, scent, or weight variations may occur. All images and descriptions are accurate, but natural ingredients may vary .
Our products are soaps—not medications. We do not claim they treat or cure any health condition. By purchasing, you acknowledge they are for cleansing purposes only
Prices, fees, and availability are subject to change. Orders must be paid in full before shipment
We offer shipping, Estimated delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout. Once dispatched, delivery times are governed by the courier .
If you submit reviews or other content, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display it. We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content at our discretion .

Return and Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS

To be eligible for a exchange:

Request an Exchange within 7days of delivery
Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (Please include proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt)

Damaged or Defective Items:

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if your soap arrives damaged or defective. Include a photo and your order number— we’ll work with you to send a replacement

How to Initiate a Return

Email Freshstartdevelopmentsllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for our confirmation and instructions—please do not ship the item before receiving our return approval.
Pack securely and include proof of purchase.
Ship back to the address we provide. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless due to our error (wrong item)—in which case we’ll provide a prepaid label.

Customized soaps are not eligible for returns or Exchanges (These are customized to each customer)
